If you ever want to dine with a view, then One Dine is the place. It is located above the observation deck of One World Trade Center. It has an breathtaking view of New York city.
I was here in June of 2018, and I ordered Fried Calamari with Shishito Peppers, followed by Seared Tuna Salad, and the Braised Pork Belly with Broccoli Rabe. To accompany my meal, I had their craft cocktail called The New York Thyme. The pork belly was delicious; surprisingly, it is no longer on the menu. If someone from One Dine reads this article, bring it back. I was in New York the year after, and I was planning to visit because the only thing I can think of was those pork belly. I am glad I never made it. I would have been really disappointed. For now, I will take a minute to grieve the disappearance of this deliciousness. May I have some cheese with this whine?
Now that I got that out of my system, if you visit One World Trade Center and paid to go up the observation deck, stop by One Dine for at least a once in lifetime experience. They do take reservations via OpenTable, but they also welcome walk-ins. For New York, the prices is reasonable (magic number is $20), and they do serve delicious dishes. Their menu do change. I would check with Yelp or OpenTable for the most recent menu.
